Each Mews home comes standard with a Photovoltaic (PV) electric system installed, which back feeds to your electric meter. This will not only lower the cost of your electricity substantially, but could actually result in the homeowner receiving energy credits!

Going solar means we also use an electric hot water heater system that fully integrates with the solar energy, cutting your hot water costs as well.

Increased Home Value

Reduced monthly utility bills dramatically increase the value of your home. The California Appraisal Journal estimated that for every dollar saved in energy costs, home value increases by twenty dollars.

Our solar systems have a 10 year warranty on both maintenance and labor.

Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credits

Consumers who install solar energy systems (including solar water heating and solar electric systems), can receive a 30% tax credit for systems placed in service before December 31, 2016; the previous tax credit cap no longer applies.
